Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
High School Team Registration
Please understand that all sales are final once submitted, and no refunds can be given. Once registration funds begin to come in, they are immediately used to secure important expenses such as future transportation, hotels, team gear, and other program needs. Because of this, we ask that you review everything carefully before completing your child’s registration. Submitting your registration indicates your agreement to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
2025-26' Accepted Roster Spot
There is a small, one time non-refundable $5 fee attached to this registration that will go directly towards whatever gym rental fee is associated during tryouts.
2026 D1 Middle School Teams
All sales are final and no refunds will be available. Once payments are made, we immediately start paying for tournaments, gear, travel, etc...
D1 Silver Lightning
D1 New Mexico maintains a strict no-refund policy under any circumstances. Once a player's registration payment is received, those funds are immediately allocated toward team expenses, including but not limited to event registrations, uniforms, travel accommodations, facility rentals, insurance, and other operational costs. Because these expenses are paid in advance and are non-recoverable, D1 New Mexico is unable to issue refunds for any reason, including injury, schedule conflicts, relocation, voluntary withdrawal, or dismissal from the program. By registering, families acknowledge and agree to this policy.
